Be with the those who values and respect yours true self. Everybody owes this to themselves, isn’t it?

Anything, any hobby that makes you happy, go for it. Want to learn a new language why wait? Want to paint start today. It’s not about perfection it’s about trying and experiencing for your own happiness.

EMBRACE SIMPLE PLEASURES

It is said that ‘’ most beautiful things are the simplest one’’. Value and embrace those little joyous moments in your lives, a warm cup of coffee with friend, warm hugs, cuddles with loved ones, silly jokes, starry night. Its all worth it to be appreciated and experienced with open heart.

EXERCISE, EXERCISE, MEDIATE AND REPEAT

The two most important pillars for the foundation of healthy and happy life style are exercise and meditation. Exercise could be in any physical activity that pleases you, running, jogging, cycling, stretching. Even a small amount of activity will influence your mind and body in a very positive way. The secret is not to exert yourself, if it is strenuous, you will not be able to continue or enjoy it.

Meditation is not necessarily complex; you can just sit with peace in mind and heart. Mediation explores movement, rhythmic cycles of body and spirituality and boost inner peace to remarkable level.

FOLLOW A GOOD ROUTINE OF HEALTHY EATING AND SLEEP

There was a saying for children ‘’Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise’’. Sleep is crucial for whole body metabolism to work regularly and leveling hormones for health. If someone is deprived of good sleep, it will not only affect its heath but mood and overall way of life. Try to adopt a routine of sound sleep. Another very important tip to have sound sleep is to relax before bedtime, take shower, read a book or drink a warm cup of milk.

Food is the fuel to human body; it not only fulfills energy needs for proper functioning of body but also controls hormones. Carbohydrates are main part of diet that release Serotonin that in general is called to feel good hormone. Lean meat, legumes and green veggies releases norepinephrine and dopamine that increases energy and focus. Try to avoid highly oily, salted and highly processed food that will not only affect health but decreases energy level and tends to skip regular healthy meals.

Decluttering impacts unquestionably positively mind and body. There is this famous saying that ‘’ there is no good time to declutter so do it now’’. Depression, attention deficit disorder, traumas and even injuries can prevent people from getting organized.

Everyone sees the world through the mirror of mental attitude. Negative attitude can compromise everything family, relations, career and more. It is very important to practice to eliminate negative thoughts and replace them with positive attitude. Use affirmations to get rid of negativity. Comparison will never let anyone to be happy. Stop comparing yourself to the people around you. Social media usage has pushed majority of people to the race of comparisons. Comparison will never let you to be happy and you will ignore and overlook happiness and good things in your own life.
